How to install the ADM Repair Kit

Tools needed for ADM Repair Kit:

• 100mm grinder (metal and masonry blades)
• Hammer/cold chisel
• Socket
• Silicone gun for sealing plate
• Trowel

Step 1

Place the repair kit head piece in the centre of the hole
Mark a 10mm clearance around the flat bar on the slab
Chase the marked area of concrete out around the flat bar to 27mm deep

Step 2

Measure from the bottom of the slab to the bottom of the chase
Cut the threaded rod to the measured length
Screw the rod into the repair kit head piece
Centre the head piece and rod in the core hole chase

Step 3

Apply a bead of silicone or similar product around the repair kit cap piece
Push the cap piece up onto the slab with the threaded rod protruding through the cap hole
Put the nut and washer onto the threaded rod and tighten

Step 4

Mix the GP grout supplied with the repair kit and pour into the core hole until full
Finish with a trowel
